Massage Etiquette

The day of your appointment, I suggest you arrive fifteen minutes in advance, either to fill out your health history information forms or just to relax prior to your massage.  It would greatly be appreciated if you are on time.  When a client is late for an appointment our therapist will extend the scheduled service time if time is available.  The client will be responsible for the full service fee.  Cancellations of appointments should be done 24 hours in advance if possible to avoid a $25 no show fee, exceptions would be if you're sick or the weather is bad.

Although we have a very safe and secure environment, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your personal possessions.  Please keep all possessions with you during your appointments.

Referrals are appreciated, and for everyone you refer who makes and keeps an appointment you will get a gift card for $5 off your next visit.

Smoke - Free Environment

Children:

Although children are a delight, we do not have the means to entertain or take care of them, so please make other arrangements for your children while you are receiving your massage.

Massage for children under the age of eighteen will require a written consent from the parent or legal guardian, and such person will need to sit in the room during the massage for the minor.

Comments:

I value your opinions and suggestions, positive or negative, to help me serve you better.

Right of Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  This includes but is not limited to anyone who requests treatment or services that are outside of our scope of practice.  We will exercise this right if anyone arrives for a treatment under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or does not meet the standards of cleanliness.  We reserve the right to charge for the session, whether or not the services were rendered, if we so choose.
